How are the creations made?
The figurines, objects, and settings are handmade with different kinds of wire, Mulberry paper, fabric, natural materials, and more. They are carefully chosen and then glued to reinforce the kraft wire. The figurines are fixed on 5x7 or 8x10 wood frames or bark and varnished to protect them.
 
What are the forms of payment accepted 
I accept Payments by PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
 
How can I place a custom order?
I can create something special just for you! If you have a photo or an idea in mind, I can customize a unique craft inspired by it. Please get in touch with me through the Contact form or craftsbyclaudia@hotmail.com, and we can chat about your project and make sure it's just right. Remember that creating a personalized piece usually takes one to two weeks. I am looking forward to working together!
 
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
At Crafts by Claudia, we work hard to process your orders quickly, usually within 24-48 hours. Sometimes, during busy times, there might be slight delays. If your order is delayed, we'll let you know promptly. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your orders. 

How are the figurines shipped?
Your purchases will be carefully wrapped in handmade paper and placed in protective craft boxes. Our frames include removable hook and loop tape for easy hanging. We take special care to prevent any damage during shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing it. I'll try my best to help, but I can't promise cancellation if your order has already been sent out. 


Do you accept returns?

You can return items within seven days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with me before returning your order so we can discuss why you want to return it and what refund choices are available. Please attach photos to qualify for a refund; the items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.


What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact me with photos of the damage as soon as possible. I will do my best to find a satisfactory solution.
